Sound Reduction

Acoustical Screens

Our acoustical material boasts a 1/2″ thickness of low-density sound board, ensuring exceptional sound-absorption capabilities. With fabric on both sides, it achieves an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) rating of .35 and an STC (Sound Transmission Class) rating of 26, indicating its effectiveness in reducing both airborne and impact noise. NRC measures the material’s ability to absorb sound, while STC assesses its ability to block sound transmission, making our acoustical material a comprehensive solution for enhancing acoustic comfort in any space.

PET Screens

Our PET material features a frameless design, crafted from 3/8″ thick recycled plastics, delivering both sustainability and functionality. Its innovative composition allows for exceptional sound absorption, with an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) rating of up to 0.67. Additionally, its tackable surface provides versatility for displaying notes or decorations, making it a practical solution for enhancing acoustics and organization in any environment.

The Importance of Noise Reduction in the Office

In the bustling landscape of modern offices, noise reduction plays a pivotal role in fostering a productive and harmonious work environment. Excessive noise can be a significant source of distraction, hindering concentration and diminishing overall work performance. Moreover, as companies transition back to the office post-pandemic, the importance of privacy, both auditory and visual, has become increasingly apparent. Providing employees with a sense of privacy not only enhances their focus but also fosters a sense of comfort and security in their workspace. As such, investing in effective noise reduction solutions, alongside measures to ensure visual privacy, is paramount in creating a conducive and welcoming office atmosphere conducive to optimal productivity and well-being.
